So those of you that have been in San Francisco around New Years have learned the Space Cowboys, "Breakfast of Champions" party, is the only place to be on New Years Day. The party starts @ 6am & goes until we cry "Uncle!".This is a recording of Mozaic & me playing together at BOC early in the day. Ā Mozaic & I were playing together somewhere in the past, & we jokingly started talking about how 2 wrongs could sound so right. We'll let you decide if that's truly the case, as we need verification from an outside source, that we can indeed destroy the laws of nature on occassion......

Live @ BOC '09 [ 7 tracks | min ]

Actually, it's not that new....& you might even possibly have it.....A friend of mine did, & told me it was great....I had no clue what he was talking about, so just recently discovered this recording of my set @ the Space Cowboys infamous BOC this past year....01/01/09 you'll probably recognize most of the tracks, since the Space Cowboys tend to bring out the old ravers in all of us....tracklisting to come.

Live @ Slide '09 [ 13 tracks | min ]

Aaron Jae's live recording from the outside area @ Dax's "Slide Into Capricorn", located at club Mighty in San Francisco on January 16th, 2009. This set was a bit of all over the frickin place, with a ton of drivin, dirty, & nasty house, electro, & breaks along with a few tricks thrown in for good measure. There were some issues with the left cdj having only 1 channel, so it was necessary to mono out the set, which resulted in a slight distortion every other track in the recording. It's really not that noticable, & most of you probably wouldn't even have noticed, but I know there's enough of you who would appreciate an explanation......

Live @ Priceless '08 [ 7 tracks | min ]

I know it's been a long time since I've put a mix online, so I hope this doesn't disappoint. If you've had a chance to hear me play in the last year, then you might not be surprised to hear the style of this mix. But if you've only been listening to mixes you've downloaded of mine, be prepared for something a bit different than you're used to. This set was recorded while I was playing at False Profits "Priceless" campout towards the end of 2008, and since it's an opening set, it starts out very chill. You might recognize a couple of the 1st few tracks, but after that the majority of them are fairly new. I had a ton of fun playing this set & even forgot that I was recording for a while, so there's a bunch of little tricks, stabs, & cross-overs. I bet you can't count them all.

November '06 Mix [ 14 tracks | min ]

I'm not sure why it's taken me this long to put this mix online, but here it finally is. The beginning of the mix starts out nice and minimal, techy, and mostly 4 on the floor. In the middle it takes on a bit of a more stompy progressive feel, but by the end the rock guitars our out in full force to add a bunch of intensity to the mix. Hope you like it. And sorry it took me 5 months to put online.

Versatility [ 14 tracks | min ]

This mix is all over the place, hence the name. It has a bit of progressive, a bit of tech house, some nuskool, some hip hop influenced breaks, some ghetto tech, and some kinda shit I don't even know what to call. I think it's a lot of fun, and hopefully you will too.

OOPS!!!! - If you got a disc labeled "Versatility" from me @ WMC or around the weekend of 3/24/07 you might actually have a copy of my November mix. I mis-burned 400+ copies and didn't find out until later. Sorry for the confusion.

Breaks Kill [ 15 tracks | min ]

This mix is a follow-up mix to my most downloaded mix to date, "If Breaks Could Kill." This cd once and for all proves that breaks really can kill. But don't let the first couple of tracks fool you, this mix gets downright nasty and dirty, and it will kick your ass without an insanely high bpm and without extensive use of the "tear-out" sound. It does it with stYle.

As I'm sure many of you have heard, I sold out and did a mix of all remixes a while back. There has been such a great response from it with so many people asking me to do another, I just had to sell out one more time. So here you go.
